ITW Insulcast recently introduced two revolutionary crack resistant epoxies
ITW Insulcast recently introduced two revolutionary crack resistant epoxies, LN 1-05 and LN 1-55. In addition to their non-cracking properties, these materials were specifically formulated to allow for very large volume single pours (up to 50-70 gallons) while at the same time producing minimal exotherm. The LN 1-05 is a room temperature curing, low viscosity, 105C rated epoxy that meets the requirements of UL94V-0 and offers a long pot life and a low CTE. The LN 1-55 is a thermal cure, -55C to 155C rated epoxy that meets the requirements of UL94V-0 and exhibits a very low CTE (28 x 10 to the minus 6).
